摘要
新时期高校外籍教师的管理工作要在到职培训、规范教学管理、完善激励措施、倡导人文关怀、实现跨文化沟通、保障后续联系等六个方面着手落实。
Management for foreign instructors in institutions of higher education should take measures from six aspectes, to carry out on- spot training, standardize teaching management, perfect encouraging measures, promote humanity, achieve cross- culture communication, and ensure the follow- up contact.
