摘要
在资源数字化、管理网络化给高校图书馆提供发展机遇的同时,也对其管理模式提出了挑战。以人为本,实行人性化管理,构建人本管理模式是非常必要的,也是高校图书馆改革与发展的重要任务之一。为此,高校图书馆应采取有效措施,为图书馆工作人员的发展营造一个良好的环境;对图书馆人才引进与培养给予高度重视;建立合理的激励机制与必要的监督机制;建立和谐的读者与馆员之间的关系。
Digital resource and networked management offer the opportunity to develop for library in institutions of higher education,at the same time bring the challenge for management pattern. People oriented, humanity management, building people oriented management pattern are very necessary, and as well as the important tasks of reformation and development for library. So, library in institutions of higher education should take effective measures to build the good circumstance for the development of librarian; attach importance to the introduction and cultivation of person with ability;build reasonable inspiriting mechanism and necessary supervision mechanism; construct the harmonious relationship between reader and librarian.
