杭州机务段机车司机的心理健康状况分析

Psychological Health Analysis of Driver in Hangzhou Engine Department by SCL-90

目的为了解杭州机务段机车司机的心理健康状况。方法采用SCL-90症状自评量表对杭州机务段602名机车司机和信号工进行了心理卫生状况测试,并与全国常模进行比较分析。结果机车司机与信号工、国内常模之间有显著性差异,单乘司机低于全国常模和双乘司机。结论单乘司机的心理健康状况较好,其综合条件与单人执乘交路的心理负荷量及其倒班制度是相适应的。

objective To know mental health of train driver in Hangzhou engine department. Consequently, provide the correlation datum to the railway worker＇s health education and health promotion. Methods 602 employees were tested by symptom check list-90 （SCL-90） in Hangzhou engine department. The scores were compared with national normal data in Chinese and different type of works. Results The result of the worker who undertake train driver with signal and national normal in Chinese, single driver with double driver and national normal in Chinese have the obvious significance. Conclusion Psychological health of single driver was suited to the run condition of the train.
