摘要
本文对40名混苯接触工人及基本条件均衡而无混苯接触的对照工人,进行健康状况初步调查,并分析其口腔粘膜上皮脱落细胞微核率的变化。结果表明,长期接触低浓度混苯(苯 TWA 为8.52mg/m^3、甲苯32.82mg/m^3及二甲苯4.51mg/m^3),可引起接触工人神衰症状增加,口腔粘膜脱落细胞微核率有增高的趋势,多元回归统计结果显示,苯浓度与微核率成正相关。本调查提示,长期接触低浓度混苯对工人的健康存在一定的危害作用。
The exposure levels of the mixture of benzene,toluene and xylene(MBTX) and health effects of MBTX on exposed workers were investigated. The TWA of benzene,toluene and xylene in workshop were 8.52 mg/m^3, 32.82mg/m^3 and 4.51mg/m^3 respec- tively. 40 workers( 11 males and 29 females)exposed to MBTX were selected as exposed group. 19 workers(7 males and 12 fe- males) not exposed to MBTX in same manufactory were examined as the control. Two groups were matched in sex, age, smoking and drinking hobbies and other characters. The results demonstrated that the frequency of micronuclei(MEC‰ ) in exfoliated cells from oral mucosa in exposed group were slightly higher than in the control. The analysis of mutiple factor stepwise regression showed that there existed good correlation between the TWA of benzene and MEC‰.
