Consid principle of a magnet ering the development and wide application of magnetic plastic in recent years,the work plastic injection molding machine was analyzed, the design principle was presented based on the reference of a mass of literatures. Meantime, the design project, key parametes and diagrams of the main parts were given. At last, the core components-plasticizing system and magnetizing system were introduced. The introduction would provide experience for application and serial development of this type of equipment.
