摘要
采用国产颜料制备色母粒,并测试其分散性能,找到了聚乙烯蜡含量为8%的最优配方,针对该性能优异的色母粒,测试其表观黏度、非牛顿指数等流变参数,并重点讨论了其流变性能。实验结果表明:色母粒共混物熔体的表观黏度随剪切速率的增大而降低,非牛顿指数小于1,符合假塑性流体流动规律,色母粒共混物熔体是假塑性流体。这些影响色母粒应用性能的流变数据可为色母粒配方设计和改进提供依据。
Color masterbatch was prepared using a domestic pigment. Through testing the dispersibility, the best formulation was found to be 8wt% of PE wax, The apparent viscosity and non-Newton index of the excellent color masterbatch were determined, and the rheological property of the blend was focused on in the study. The results showed that the apparent viscosity of color masterbatch melt decreased with the increase of shearing rate at the given temperature, The non-Newton index was less than 1, which confirmed pseudoplastic flow characteristics, The color masterbatch melt was pseudoplastic flow. These rheological data,which influence the application property of color masterbatch,can give reference for designing and improving color masterbatch formulation.
