摘要
机遇是企业生存发展的重要无形资源,在企业管理创新过程中不仅具有导火索的功能,而且还对企业其他要素产生催化作用。管理创新机会是企业各种主客观因素在特定时空条件下形成的一种有利偶合,来源于企业内部与外部条件的变化,并且与信息源之间产生相互对应关系。对管理创新机遇进行管理,就是要探索科学的“寻机”、“创机”和“用机”的途径和方法,以便于建立起管理创新的机遇链管理机制。
Opportunity is an important and intangible resource for enterprise to survive and develop, which is not only a trigger in the course of management innovation, but also a catalytic influence on other elements in enterprise. Opportunities of management innovation stem from the mutual reactions of objective and subjective factors of enterprise in particular time and situations. It results from changes of conditions inside and outside enterprise; furthermore, it has a corresponding relationship with information source. Opportunity management is to explore the scientific way and method of seeking, creating and utilizing opportunities, so that a mechanism for opportunity chain management can be established.
