摘要
应用熵方法不确定度概念对典型测量与控制系统(数控车床)进行加工精度分析,通过建立刀尖位置伺服控制数学模型,求得刀尖位置B类和A类动态熵方法不确定度,并引出动态熵方法扩展不确定度公式,力图简明地表达基于熵概念的精度理论及其应用。
The machining accuracy for typical measuring and control system (numerical control lathe) is analyzed by the concept on uncertainty for entropy method. With the mathematical model for knifepoint-position servocontroi established, the uncertainty for entropy method about B class and A class of knifepoint position are gained, then dynamic entropy-method patulous uncertainty formula is educed. The precision theory and its application based on entropy concept is expressed concisely and concretely by this formula.
