摘要
对新型PRS-XY型混联数控机床进行逆运动学分析,导出基于虚轴X、Y、Z、A、B坐标的五轴联动逆运动学变换公式,使PRS-XY型混联数控机床的编程方式与普通数控机床一致。通过实验,验证了逆运动学变换的正确性。
Analyses the inverse kinematics for the new PRS-XY style hybrid machining tool and educes the five axes linkage inverse kinematics transform formula based on the coordinates of X、Y、Z、A、B virtual axes. So, make the program manner for the PRS-XY style hybrid machining tool accordance with the program manner for the common NC machine tool. The inverse kinematics transform formula was proved to be correct through experiments.
