摘要
针对中国石化天津石化公司扩能改造后催化剂PS-Ⅵ积碳量明显增加的问题,对影响催化剂积碳速率的因素进行了分析并通过以下相应措施对积碳量进行控制:①控制原料初馏点和干点,调配合适的原料配比;②适当控制反应苛刻度;③控制适宜的水氯平衡;④严格控制催化剂烧碳区峰值温度。结果表明,催化剂积碳速率得到降低,实现了装置的满负荷、高苛刻度运行。
With the reconstruction and modification of continuous catalytic forming unit in Tianjin Petrochemical Corporation of SINOPEC, the quantity of coke accumulated in catalyst PS-Ⅵ was increased obviously, the factors that affect the rate of coke accumulated in catalyst were analyzed and the countermeasures were put forward. The modification includes the following procedures: ① Controlling the primary distillation point and dry point of feed and allocating the suitable feed match; ② Controlling the rigorous degree of the reaction appropriately; ③ Controlling the balance of H2O-HCl; ④ Controlling the peak temperature of coke burning area grimly. The results showed that the rate of coke accumulated in catalyst decreased; the unit was running in full load and keeping a high rigorous degree of operation.
