摘要
负迁移是由不同民族文化之间的差异而产生的。大学生英语写作中出现的中式英语大都源于汉语的负迁移作用。其原因包括:学生的语言知识不完善,不了解英汉语在词汇和句法方面存在的不对应现象,直接在写作中套用汉语的用法,从而导致负迁移;学生不了解英、汉语篇思维模式的差别,受汉语语篇思维模式的影响,产生篇章结构上的负迁移。因此,外语教学中应加强母语与目的语语言系统和思维差异的对比分析,减少和排除母语干扰,提高学生写作水平。
Negative transfer occurs when affected by different cultures. There commonly exists a phenomenon of negative transfer of Chinese in our students' English writing. First, students are not familiar with non-correspondence in the levels of vocabulary and sentence between English and Chinese, and just apply Chinese usage directly in English writing, thus causing negative transfer. Secondly, negative transfer appears in the organization of writing , due to different thinking patterns in English and Chinese. Therefore, contrastive analysis of language and thinking patterns between mother tongue and target language is necessary in foreign language teaching so as to reduce or eliminate the interference of mother tongue.
