摘要
研究型大学在德国从无到有而至辉煌仅半个多世纪的时间,德国研究型大学辉煌的原因有四点:顺应了时代要求,科学研究进入大学;学者与政治家的共同努力;有第一流的学者来校任教;恰当地处理了大学与政府的关系。德国研究型大学的成功经验对于我国创建世界一流大学有着重要的借鉴意义。
The essay studies the factors contributing to the success of the research-oriented universities in Germany,including scientific research admitted to meet the needs of the times,joint efforts of scholars and statesmen,elite scholars and professors,and well-coordinated relationship between universities and governments.The successful experience can help establish world-class university in China.
