摘要
作者分别对49种英文农学类期刊中的近350篇科技论文题名的句法形式进行了调查分析,表明英文科技论文的题名形式有6种,按照出现的频次依次为名词词组式、冒号式、非谓语动词式、句子式、破折号式和介词词组式。
The author surveys the syntactic structure of the titles of 350 sci-tech essays in English agricultural journals, and reveals six types of titles in the frequency order of noun phrases, colon marked forms, nonfinite phrases, sentences, dash marked forms and prepositional phrases.
