摘要
以DF7C型内燃机车锻件中的杯形零件之一——气缸螺栓保护螺母为例,进行温挤压工艺研究,并据此设计出了成形模具。经实际生产证明,所做的工艺理论分析正确可行,模具设计合理,为类似零件提供了参考。
Taking cylinder nut-protected bolt, one of the cup-shaped parts in the forging parts of DF7C gas engine, as an example, the warm extruding is researched, accordingly, the forming die is designed. Proved by practice, the process theoretical analysis is correct and feasible, die design is rational, and this can be referenced by similar parts design.
