摘要
目前我国的刑事被害人补偿还是一片空白,文章通过比较分析国外的国家刑事被害人补偿制度,找出刑事被害人补偿制度的规律和特点,对建立我国刑事被害人补偿制度的制度建构提出自己的设想。
By analyzing the systems of compensation to criminal victims in foreign countries, the thesis finds out their principles and features and therefore suggests its point of view to the establishment of similar system in China.
