摘要
我国海上保险的研究基本上是基于对国外经典著作的翻译及相关法条的诠释,在对保险利益的效力范围和转移等问题的认识上还鲜有涉及,文章对此问题进行了初步的探讨。
The study of marine insurance in China bases on the translation of foreign classical works and explanations of relative legal prescriptions. But it seldom touches the problems such as scope of validity and transfer. The thesis tries to give a brief discussion on these.
