高校学生社团管理学生主体地位的缺失及对策

Loss of Students' Main Body Position in the Management of Student Mass Organizations in HEIs:Its countermeasures

学生社团是高校学生创新精神和实践能力培养和锻炼的重要途径,但在社团管理的过程中存在学生主体地位严重缺失的现象,政治化色彩较浓,官僚化趋向严重。其原因有社团上一级领导的认识不明确,社团学生干部的认识不明确,学生社团管理机制的不健全等。通过上级主管部门变指挥为指导,加强学生社团领导队伍的建设,建立科学完善的社团管理机制等方式实现社团管理中的学生主体地位。

Student mass organizations are an important avenue to the fostering of students＇ innovation spirit and their practical ability . But, there is a serious loss of students＇ main body position in the management of student mass organizations. The loss is due to a number of factors. In light of these factors, we should take effective measures such as applying objective management , building up a strong contingent of the leaders of student mass organizations , and establishing the perfect scientific management mechanism, in order to give full play to students＇ role as main body in the management of student mass organizations.
