Enhancing the Effect of Ideological and Political Work among College Teachers: Some Measures

当前高校教师存在对思想政治教育态度淡漠、重视业务水平、轻视思想素质的提高、敬业意识淡漠、个人主义倾向严重等问题,通过“四抓”、“四促”可以提高高校教师思想政治工作的效果,提高高校教师的思想政治素质,从而为学校的改革、发展和稳定提供强有力的精神动力和思想保证。

At present, there exist in college teachers＇ ideological and political quality some problems that merit our attention. In the light the current situation of the teachers＇ ideology, we can adopt such measures as ＂four seizes＂ and ＂four promotes＂ to enhance the effect ideological and political work among college teachers, and upgrade their idelolgical and political quality.
