摘要
本研究通过对６２例自愿入院接受脱毒治疗的海洛因依赖者的防御方式与普通人配对对照作比较，发现：海洛因依赖者惯常采用不成熟性及神经症性防御机制，采用成熟性防御机制显著少于普通对照者。由此可见，依赖者的心理成熟度差，社会心理方面存在诸多问题，成瘾行为是毒品与躯体的、心理的。社会的因素相互作用的结果。应该深入开展综合性、带有强制性的长程治疗与训练。
heroin addicts, 42 male and 20 female, who voluntarily and continually entered a detoxification program were investigated for their characteristics of defense styles in the study. The addicts data, both personal and drug using histories,were gathered. Their defense style scale was estimated and compared with that of sex,age, education matched normal controls. It was found that the addicts showed preference of performing immature defense style such as projection, passive -- aggressive behavior, acting out, withdrawal, hypochondriasis and less using mature defense stylesuch as suppression, sublimation and humor, which was contrary to that of normalcontrols. In conclusion, the addicts have multiple problems within themselves and theirsurroundings which could be the cause of their addictive behavior. The detoxificationprograms should supply addicts with psychoeducation.
