高血压 血浆同型半胱氨酸与动脉粥样硬化的相关性 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨高血压与血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)促进动脉硬化方面的相关性。方法:采用高压液相色谱法测定 80例高血压合并颈动脉粥样硬化患者和50例单纯高血压患者血浆 Hcy 水平。结果:两组高血压患者血浆 Hcy 水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05~<0.01),高血压合并颈动脉粥样硬化患者组血浆 Hcy 水平[(25.31±8.31)μmol] 明显高于单纯高血压组的(P<0.05)。结论:高同型半胱氨酸在动脉粥样硬化形成过程中与高血压有协同的作用。
