Ghrelin对心血管系统作用的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 Ghrelin是生长激素促分泌索受体（growth hormonese seeretagogue receptor,GHSR）的内源性配体，最早由Koima等从大鼠胃粘膜细胞分离，纯化而得。Ghrelin能有效促进生长激素（growth hormone，GH）分泌，调节进食、能量平衡，还对心血管系统发挥重要作用。
