他汀类药物非降脂作用研究新进展 被引量：29

摘要 他汀类药物非降脂作用目前受到越来越多人的注意。它包括改善内皮功能．增加内皮源性一氧化氮（NO）的生物利用度，抗氧化．抗炎，稳定粥样斑块，促进血管再生，抑制免疫反应，抑制心肌肥厚和纤维化．保护肾功能等作用。它在心肌管疾病的防治中占有重要地位。其机制目前尚不十分清楚。本文概述他汀类药物非降脂的研究进展。
