养阳益肾汤补肾生髓作用机理的研究

Research on the Mechanism of Tonifying the Kidney and Producing Bone Marrow by a Yang-enriching and Kidney-Reinforcing Decoction

养阳益肾汤能显著促进次亚适量ＣｏｎＡ刺激的小鼠脾淋巴细胞３＾Ｈ－ＴｄＲ的掺入（Ｐ〈０．００１），显著促进小鼠条件培养液（ＳＣＭ）中集落刺激因子（ＣＳＦＳ）的产生（Ｐ〈０．０５），明显促进小鼠肺条件培养液（ＬＣＭ）中ＣＳＦＳ的生成。结果提示养阳益肾汤有增强细胞免疫和刺激骨髓造血功能的作用。

An enriching Yang and reinforcing Kidney decoction was observed sig-nificantly to enhance the uptake of 3N-TdR into ConA-stimulated murine splenic lym-phocytes(P<0.001).The decoction was also able to markedly prornote production of colony stimulating factors(CSFs) both in murine spleen-conditioned medium(SCM )(P<0.05),and in lung conditioned medium (LCM).The results indicated that the decoc-tion for enriching Yang and reinforcing Kidney appeared to have effects on cellular im-munity and proliferation of bone marrow in mice。
