Develop Biomass Economy to Promote Sustainable Development

摘要 生物质经济造就了中国传统农业,100多年来,忽视生物质经济孕育了历史悲剧和现实危机,世界各国纷纷将生物质的研究与发展作为国家战略加以重点扶持,并对具有可持续能力的中国传统农业的生产方式兴趣提升。生物质经济能够较好地解决能源、环境和“三农”问题。建议通过提高认识,建立生物质产业发展协调机制,制定生物质产业化发展规划,引进国外先进技术,加大投入,完善政策机制,建立生物质产业集群,加大科技攻关力度等途径,大力发展生物质经济,实现我国农业经济的可持续发展。 Biomass created china traditional agriculture, which interested international scholars for over a hundred years. Neglecting biomass economy resulted historical mishap and current crisis. Biomass economy could solve the problems of energy, environment, farmer, agriculture and countryside. In this paper, the following countermeasures are suggested to develop biomass economy, enhance realization, establish biomass industry development mechanism, make development plan, import advanced technology, increase investment input, perfect policy mechanisms, establish biomass industry group, pay more attention to scientific and technical inventation.
