“母体乐”宫内节育器国内外使用概述

国内、外大量临床资料表明，“母体乐”系列宫内节育器不仅避孕效果较佳，而且由于其结构特点、对子宫壁刺激较小，对产后和哺乳期宫腔有很好的适应性，故出血、疼痛、取出率明显低于其它宫内节育器。同时“母体乐”也具有较好的保留力，不易脱落，适用于其它宫内节育器失败的妇女。ＭＬＣｕ３７５ＳＬ型适合东方妇女体型较小的特点，值得推荐。另外，“母体乐”系列放置技术简单，容易掌握，受到医务人员及使用者的欢迎，便于在基层推广。

It has been documented by a large amount of clinical investigation carried out both in and outside China that the performance of Multiload IUD series is excellent. Owing to their structural specificity, they do not exert much stimulation to the uterine wall and are suitable to be used in postpartum and lactating women. MLCu has a good retention power and is thus good for use in women with a history of SSR expulsion. The Multiload IUD is highly effective,causing very little side effects (bleeding and pain)and its insertion is simple and the technique of insertion easily mastered,therefore the IUD is well accepted both by the doctors and clients.
