摘要 本文报道了应用脉冲多普勒超声心动图,通过测定多普勒三尖瓣口血流频谱参数,无创法估测冠心病患者右室舒张功能。结果表明:冠心病患者右室舒张功能受损,且与左室舒张功能受损呈正相关。提示导致左室功能受损的冠心病同时累及右室功能,左。 Noninvasive assessment of right ventricular diastolic function in coronary artery diseases was performed by using Doppler echocardiography and measuring tricuspid valve Doppler flow spectrum. Our results indicated right ventricular filling impairment was present and it was related to left ventricular filling impairment in patients with coronary artery disease. Coronary artery disease caused left ventricular filling impairment and affected right ventricular diastolic function at the same time. There were influence on each other between right and left ventricular function.
