论大众化高等教育阶段地方性高校职能的发挥 被引量:1

On How the Local Universities Perform their Function

摘要 在大众化高等教育阶段,地方性高等院校如何根据自身定位,真正发挥高校的职能,在竞争中立于不败之地,已成为共同关注的焦点。解决这个关键问题,就要分析并针对目前地方性高校在人才培养、科学研究等方面存在的误区,适时调整,做到科学定位,以特色求发展,正确发挥地方性高校办学职能,为地方经济建设服务。 With the popularization of higher education in China, the local colleges and universities find it necessary and important to perform effective functions so as to survive the fierce competition. This paper maintains that they should make scientific adjustment to such areas as academic teaching and scientific research, and should perform effective functions to serve the interests of the local economic development.
