On the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

针对当前高校学生思想出现多元性的特点,必须增强思想政治工作的实效性。为此,要坚持创新,在时代感和针对性上下功夫,从育人手段和思政教育的主体等方面入手,改革“两课”教学模式,营造适合学生特点与需要的校园文化环境,加强思政队伍建设,不断探索增强思想政治教育实效性的方法,努力把思想政治教育工作落到实处。

This paper discusses the effectiveness of ideological and political education in China＇s colleges .and universities. It holds that it is necessary to develop new methodology, st, oh as improving the traditional teaching of some related courses and creating favorable air for students. That way, the education will be effective as expected.
