摘要
用MTT法测定了钙通道阻滞剂异博定逆转胃癌和结肠癌的多药物抗性。结果表明异博定能有效地提高5－Fu、MMC、CDDP和ADM的细胞毒性作用，增强这些化疗药物杀伤肿瘤细胞的作用。
Using the MGC cells from gastric cancer and the HRT-18 cells from colon cancer as the target cells it wins revealcd that the reversal of multidrug resistance by calcium channel blocker verapamil was studied by MTT assay. The results showed that verapamil can increase the cytotoxity of anticancer drugs 5-Fu, MMC, CDDP and ADM.
