New Regulation on Security Expands the Development of Stock Marker——Interpretation of the New Security Regulation

新《证券法》的推出为中国证券市场未来的发展拓宽了空间,这种拓宽既体现在当前“分业经营”、“分业监管”、“现货交易”、“融资融券”、“国企炒股”、“银行资金入市”等发展桎梏的“预留空间”,也体现在保护投资者合法权益、强化证券监管力度、提高证券违法成本、提高上市公司质量等中国资本市场发展基础的夯实。

The new security regulation has come into force since Jan, 2006. The regulation＇s implementing expands the development place that shows the reserved place for supervision of different industries, cash market, capital circulation, stock speculating in state-owned enterprises and putting the capital from bank into the stock market. That can protect the rights of investors, strengthen the supervision, increase the cost of illegal activities and improve the quality of listed companies.
