摘要
从心理学的角度分析成人学员在心理上和学习活动中的特点,不难看出,成人学员与普通学校学生有很大不同。因此,教师在实施课堂教学时,为提高成人学员学习效果,必须采取有效的教学方法,行为导向型教学方法就是不错的选择。
Through psychological analysis of adult students in mind and studying activities, we find great differences to common school students. So we teachers should adopt effective teaching methods such as behavior guiding teaching methods in class so as to improve the effect of teaching.
