On the Regulation of the System of Standard Form Contract in China

随着社会经济的不断发展,格式合同在现实生活中得到了日益广泛的运用。但任何事物都有其两面性,格式合同在提高交易速度,降低交易成本的同时,也逐渐暴露出了不少问题,完善我国的格式合同法律制度,已成为当务之急。

With the development of social economy, standard form contract is applied comprehensively more and more in our daily life. However everything has two aspects. Though the system of standard form contract can enhance transaction speed and reduce the transaction cost,at the same time it brings quite a few problems. So it is an urgent task to complete our country＇s system of standard form contract.
