侦查学学科性质论

Comment on the Nature of Investigation Theory

我国的侦查学研究从上世纪30年代起,至今已逾七十余年,但迄今为止,学界内外对于侦查学的学科性质仍是莫衷一是,观点众多。这与今时今日之侦查学的发展水平极不适应。本文从侦查学的研究对象、学界观点等角度入手,展开对侦查学学科性质的讨论。

Our country＇ s investigation theory came to be researched in 1930＇ s, and up to now more than 70 years has passed. However, so far both in and out of the educational circle there is no consent to the nature of the investigation theory, and different opinions exist in a great number. This is not suitable for nowadays developing level of investigation theory at all. From the angles of the researching objects, educational circle＇ s opinions and so on, this article launches the discussion of the nature of investigation theory.
