摘要 目的:研究溶胶-凝胶涂层制备方法对新型牙用烤瓷支架钴铬合金金瓷结合强度的影响。方法:用DA9-4合金制成金属棒以及金属片,并在金属试件上瓷前,利用溶胶-凝胶技术在其表面分别形成一层SiO2和TiO2陶瓷薄膜,对其结构进行X射线衍射分析;金属棒与VMK95瓷粉烧结生成金瓷棒盘试件用于测定金瓷结合强度;金属片与VMK95瓷粉烧结形成金瓷复合体,分别观察金瓷界面的形貌及元素分布情况。结果:镀膜后的金瓷结合强度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:溶胶-凝胶技术有改善新型牙用烤瓷支架钴铬合金金瓷结合强度的作用。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Sol-Gel technology on the metal-porcelain bond strength of new type Co-Cr ceramic and framework dental alloy. Methods: Before applied for porcelain, a thin SiO2 and TiO2 ceramic film were coated on the metal specimens made from DA9-4 dental alloy respectively with Sol-Gel technology. The structure of the ceramic film were analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The pull-rod samples made from DA9-4 alloy and VMK95 porcelain were used for metal-porcelain bond strength measurement, and the metal-porcelain compounds were used for SEM observation and X-ray element energy analysis. Result: The bonding strength of metal-porcelain of experiment groups were higher than control group significantly(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The Sol-Gel technology had a positive effect in improving the bonding strength of DA9-4 dental alloy and ceramic.
