摘要
目的:观察稳定原理在肯氏Ⅰ、Ⅱ类牙列缺损的可摘义齿(RPD)修复中的作用。方法:常规口腔预备,准确的选择抗衡及消除支点的设计,经1~3年的随访记录,观察293件修复体的稳定效果。结果:肯氏Ⅰ和Ⅱ类的可摘义齿的稳定总百分比分别为89.08%和81.61%。结论:合理的利用稳定原理的设计是防止肯氏Ⅰ、Ⅱ类活动义齿修复出现不稳定现象的关键所在。
Objective: To observe clinical stability of RPD restoration designed with stable principle in Kennendy Ⅰ and Ⅱ type dental defects. Methods: After routine oral preparation, design of balancing and fulcrum free were selected, the stability of the restorations of 293 cases has been observed for 1-3years. Results: The total percentage of stability of PRD in Kennendy Ⅰ and Ⅱ type dental defects were 89.08% and 81.61% respectively. Conclusion: The reasonable design with stability principle was the key to avoid the unstable phenomenon of the restorations of Kennendy Ⅰ and Ⅱ type dental defects.
