摘要
基于交通流量管理的地面等待是空中交通管制中普遍应用的一种方法。根据机场实际起飞容量的约束和管制规则的限制,提出了同航迹飞机起飞放行的规划模型,以达到平滑交通流量的目的,并对模型的应用和功能进行了简单的评估验证。
Holding on the ground is a kind of widespread method based on traffic flux management. According to the actual restrictions of take-off capability and control regulations, a planning model for aircraft take-off clearance on the same track is provided in this text, which is used to attaining the target of smoothing traffic flux, moreover, the application and function of the model is appreciated and verified simply.
