论护患纠纷的成因与防范

随着人们物质、文化生活及文明程度的不断提高,法制意识不断强化,病人的自我保护意识越来越强,对医疗保健需求水准越来越高,医疗纠纷逐渐上升,护患纠纷也不断增加。尤其是“医疗举证倒置”的今天,我们护理人员如不提高自身素质、加强法律意识,极易造成病人的不满和投诉,导致纠纷的发生。通过对我院近年来发生的各类护患纠纷和投诉进行分析、总结,结合我院具体情况谈一谈护患纠纷的成因与防范体会。

With the development of life level, patients have more and more awareness of self-protection and demand for healthcare. Therefore, the dissension between patients and health workers increases gradually, especially in the time of ＂converse onus probation＂. Now, nurses must enhance quality themselves to avoid medical dissension. We summary the nurse-patient dissension happened recent years, and then discuss the reasons and how to avoid them.
