摘要
从人、知识、流程、技术四要素和知识生产、共享、应用三阶段两个维度,将知识管理风险划分为12种类型。实现组织目标,获得持续竞争优势并有效规避知识管理风险,应选择构建以人为本的组织文化、以业务流程为载体形成有序知识链、以使用为目的选择知识管理工具和技术并进行系统集成的战略。
Based on analysis of two dimensions of four key elements of people, knowledge, procedure, technology and three stages of produce, share, use of knowledge, knowledge management risk is classified into 12 types. In order to evade the knowledge management risk and establish the competitive advantage continuously, the paper discusses the strategies to structure the organization culture of humanism, to form the order knowledge chain on the foundation of business procedure, to choose knowledge management tool and technology and to carry on system integration.
