摘要
认为应当按科学发展观的要求认识政府绩效评估的必要性,阐述了基于科学发展观的政府绩效评估的价值取向、基本原则,按照科学发展观的要求构建了政府绩效评估模型。
It is necessary to understand the evaluation of government performance based on the thought of scientific development, that the value trend and fundamental of government performance evaluation are stipulated by the thought of scientific development, that from thought of scientific development, satisfaction levels of publication and public organization, governmental efficiency and the intrinsic relationships between them must be the basic contents and the first - level indicators for the valuation model of government performance, finally, that we have created the series of indicators about the valuation of government performance.
