首先对我国住房抵押贷款证券化的发展阶段进行了划分,然后指出目前进行抵押贷款证券化的有利条件:抵押贷款增长迅速,金融基础设施建立、法律法规准备充分,最后详细阐述了抵押贷款证券化在实施过程中将要面临的矛盾与问题。
First, the authors divide the development course of MBS in China into four phases. Then the authors point out the advantages of putting MBS in practice, which include increasing mortgage loan, well - established financial infrastructure and sufficiently prepared laws or policies.
