Discussion of Protecting Entironment Strategies in New Rural Reconstruction in Sichuan

丘陵地区的生态环境是新农村建设的重要资源,如何保护和有效利用是一个重要而迫切的课题,从生态学、人居环境学、乡土景观等角度,针对丘陵地区的生态环境特征,对新农村建设与生态环境保护与发展的关系进行分析,提出建设过程中生态环境保护策略的建议。

The environment of mountain country is an important resource in new rural reconstruction. How to protect and make use of it in effective way is quite a crucial and urgent problem. In the view of the biology, human habitat and local sight, the authors analyze the relationship between new rural reconstruction and environmental protection, while taking into consideration the feature of ecology environment. At last, the author makes a series of proposals for protecting environment during the process of new rural reconstruction.
