Using RSR Method and Relevant Analysis in Evaluating on Management Quality of Single sort of Disease

本文应用秩和比和相关分析就单病种管理情况进行了综合分析,结果表明:人均医疗费用逐年上升,公费明显高于自费;人均住院日与人均医疗费用呈正相关,与人均日费用呈高度负相关.

In the article, we use RSR method and relevant analysis to evaluate the management quality of the single sort of disease. The results show that the medical service expense for each person increases annually , the expenses of public-paid patients are much higher than those of private-paid patients , and the average days of hospitalization are relevant positively to the medical service expense for each patient and negatively to the expense for each patient per day.
