刻痕标记技术对义齿基托塑料弯曲强度的影响

摘要 目的:研究在可摘义齿塑料基托上施行刻痕标记技术对义齿基托弯曲强度的影响。方法:对长度为65mm,宽度为10mm,厚度分别为1.5mm、2.0mm、3.0mm的义齿基托用塑料试样分别采取不作刻痕、在试样中央作刻痕后不填入自凝树脂和刻痕后填入自凝树脂三种方法处理(刻痕的长度为5mm,宽度和深度均为0.5mm),并在力学实验机上检测各组试样的弯曲强度,做统计学处理。结果:当试样厚度为1.5mm时,无论刻痕是否用自凝树脂填入,其对试样的弯曲强度的影响差异均有显著性;随着试样厚度的增加,刻痕对试样的弯曲强度的影响越来越小,当试样厚度为2.0mm以上时,刻痕填入自凝树脂后对试样的弯曲强度的影响差异无显著性。结论:在本实验条件下,此标记方法用在可摘义齿塑料基托上是完全可行的,不会对义齿基托弯曲强度造成影响。 Objective: To study if the marking technology used on denture bases can influence their flexural strength. Methods: The denture base samples with 65ram in length and 10mm in width were classified into 3 groups according to their thickness (1.Smm, 2.0mm, 3.0ram). Each group was further divided into 3 subgroups: no marking groove, central marking groove(5mm×0.5mm×.5mm) without filling, central marking groove filled with self-curing resin. The flexural strength of these samples was measured with a mechanical testing machine and compared with ANOVA. Results: Among the samples with 1.5mm in thickness, both marking grooves with resin filling and those without resin filling could reduce the flexural strength significantly. However, the thicker the samples were, the less influence the central marking grooves had on the strength. When the thickness reached 2mm, the marking grooves with resin filling had no influence on the flexural strength of the samples. Conclusion: Marking technology used on the bases of removable partial dentures is feasible. It would not influence the flexural strength of the denture bases.
