国产200MW机组同步器的改进

IMPROVEMENT ON THE SYNCHRONIZER OF A 200 MW UNIT

对国产２００ＭＷ机组在调整负荷时的失控问题进行了分析。由于控制滑阀作“跳跃”式的移动，造成同步器控制负荷的失控，通过改造“Ｔ”形接头为“平行连接器”，防止不同心造成的卡涩、跳动；同时还解决了同步器细调及轴向串动问题。改进后的机组负荷可控性能得到明显改善，提高了机组的稳定性。

This paper analyzes the out of control problem regarding the load regulation of a 200 MW unit. Some improvements are introduced. With these improvements, the load control ability and the stability of the unit operation have been greatly improved.
