Progress on bipolar lead acid battery research

双极性铅酸蓄电池与传统的单极性铅酸蓄电池相比具有许多优点,但其研究尚需相当大的努力和投资.目前的研究主要集中在寻找可供选择的基底材料和选择合适的双极性设计.这些在本文中有所评论.

Bipolar lead acid batteries have many advantages compared with conventional monopolar ones, but the research will also require substantial effort and investment. At present the research is mainly focused on finding alternative materials for the bipolar substrate and selecting appropriate bipolar designs. These are reviewed in this paper.
