一种改良的大鼠脑血栓栓塞模型 被引量:2

摘要   建立完善的动物模型对于研究脑梗死的病理生理机制及溶栓的疗效非常重要.以往的动物模型都只能模拟人类中风的某一方面,对于研究溶栓治疗有很大的局限性.大鼠脑血栓栓塞模型是一种与人类卒中的病理生理过程最接近,又适于研究溶栓治疗的理想动物模型.国外关于其制备方法各不相同,作者在实践操作中摸索出一种适合于在国内广泛开展的缺血动物模型,现报道如下.
