用微动脉夹夹闭法制作局灶性脑缺血/再灌注模型 被引量:2

摘要   缺血性脑血管病的基础研究和疗效鉴定均需要建立有效、稳定的动物模型.至今为止,制备局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型运用了多种动物和实验方法,目前国内多采用大鼠线栓法,由于此模型受客观因素(尼龙线韧度、直径、线头制备,鼠种以及来源和体重)影响较大和实验者对插线力度大小的控制不同均可造成致模阳性率以及梗死程度的较大差异.因此,建立一种有效的脑缺血模型十分必要.
