原发性肝癌并中央型肝动脉-门静脉分流的介入治疗 被引量：4

摘要 随着肝癌介入化疗栓塞术（TACE）的推广，肝癌合并动静脉分流（AVS）这一现象日益受到重视。介入治疗初期因考虑到其易发生门静脉或肺动脉栓塞而被列为TACE治疗禁忌证，部分患者因此丧失了治疗机会。AVS可分为肝动脉肝静脉分流（AHVS）和肝动脉-门静脉分流（APVS），其中APVS占AVS的大部分。
