摘要 一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)是细胞间信息传递的重要调节因子,作为第二信使和神经递质起着各种不同的功能,与许多生理、病理过程有关,参与信息传递,作为神经递质、介导炎症反应并引起血管扩张。内源性NO作为肝硬化时血流动力学变化的主要介质,参与形成肝硬化的高动力循环状态,并在肝硬化蛋白质合成减少、食管静脉曲张、腹水形成、
