髂嵴软骨及肋软骨移植于鼻翼及上颌骨表面的实验研究

Experimental study on iliac crest cartilage and costal cartilage graft in alae nasi and on maxilla surface

目的比较髂嵴软骨、肋软骨分别移植于鼻翼软组织内、上颌骨表面的组织学变化。方法将2月龄新西兰大白兔的髂软骨、肋软骨分别移植于两侧鼻翼软组织及上颌骨表面,于48、、122、4周取出移植物,观察其组织学变化。结果移植于骨表面的髂嵴软骨和肋软骨4周始即出现骨化,至12周时形成成熟的骨组织,而移植于鼻翼软组织内的软骨至24周仍未见明显吸收、钙化。结论软骨移植与供区无明显相关,而与受区环境有密切相关性。

Objective To compare histological changes of iliac crest cartilage with costal cartilage graft in alae nasi soft tissue and on maxilla surface. Methods lliac crest cartilage and costal cartilage of New Zealand white rabbits aged 2 months were grafted in alae nasi soft tissue or on maxilla surface to observe their histological changes in 4, 8, 12 and 24 weeks. Results The iliac crest cartilage and costal cartilage grafted on maxilla surface began to ossify from the 4th week, and they have become mature osseous tissues in the 12th week. However, there was no histological change found in alae nasi soft tissue. Conclusion Cadrtilage grafting has no correlation with donor site but has dose correlation with the environment of the recipent site.
